*Terms and conditions: 1) Agree to terms and conditions: Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. 2) Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12.00 am AEST on May 1 and concludes at 11.59 pm AEST on May 31 (‘Promotion Period’). 3) Promoter: The Promotion is being run by Six Park Asset Management Pty Ltd ACN 610 445 479 of Level 2, 696 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, telephone 1300 851 779 ('Promoter'). The Promoter is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1240305) of Bespoke Portfolio Pty Ltd (AFSL 341991. 4) Eligibility: A person who is eligible to and successfully funds a new account during the Promotion Period or an existing client who makes a referral that leads to a person funding a new account during the Promotion Period (‘eligible client’) will be eligible to receive the Benefit and may be eligible to receive a Gift.  An eligible client can only participate in the Promotion once. 5) Benefit: The Promoter will waive 3 months of its investment management fees for all eligible clients (‘Benefit’). The Promoter will also send a bottle of Pommery Brut Royal Champagne NV in a Hokusai limited edition gift box (‘Gift’) to the first 100 eligible clients who either fund a new account or whose referral results in a new account being funded 6) Limited Gifts: There is a total of 100 Gifts to be distributed. The Gifts will be distributed to the first 100 eligible clients during the Promotional Period.  No Gift will be distributed to eligible clients after the Promotional Period, or after the 100 available Gifts have been allocated to eligible clients, whichever comes first. The Gift may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Promotion. 7) Notification and provision of Gift: The Promoter will notify the eligible client if they have been allocated a Gift as part of the Promotion within 3 business days of the eligible client funding a new account, or the eligible client’s referral resulting in the funding of a new account, as relevant.  The Promoter will send the Gift to the eligible client’s residential address, as provided to the Promoter on the client’s Six Park application form, within 10 days of the end of the Promotion Period, unless the Promoter receives alternative instructions from the eligible client. Eligible clients can contact the Promoter to provide alternative instructions via phone on 1300 851 779 or via email at  8) Benefit: The Promoter’s management fees will be waived for the months of June, July and August 2019. Management fees will be charged in accordance with the eligible client’s MDA contract from September 2019 onwards. 9) Not redeemable or refundable: The Benefit and the Gift are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 10) Availability of Gift: If the Gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift equal to the value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 11) No waiver: Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 12) Promoter’s decision final: The Promoter's decision about the eligibility of a client and the allocation of Gifts is final and no other correspondence will be entered into. 13) Release of liability: By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 14) Privacy: The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy
